Refund policy

Principle

HoLeaf.uk products are billed against time and senior attention that has to be reserved in advance. Refund rules are designed to be fair both ways: you don't pay for work that wasn't delivered, and we don't lose a slot that was held for you.

Discovery products

  • Full refund if cancelled before the slot is scheduled.
  • Full refund if rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.
  • No refund for missed sessions or cancellations inside 48 hours, but credit may be offered at our discretion.

Consultancy & Development (per hour, half day, full day)

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 5 working days before the booked block.
  • 50% refund if cancelled between 5 and 2 working days before the block.
  • No refund inside 2 working days, because the slot has been held and other work declined.
  • If we have to cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund or a rescheduled slot at your choice.

Packages (Brochure Website, Shopify Shop)

  • Deposit is refundable up to the point we begin discovery for the package.
  • Once delivery has started, refunds are pro-rated against milestones already completed.
  • Completed milestones are non-refundable as the work and outputs have been delivered.

Subscriptions (Lite, Plus)

  • Cancel at any time — your subscription stops at the end of the current paid month.
  • We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months, but you keep access for the period you've already paid for.
  • Unused hours within a billing month do not roll over.

How to request a refund

Email m@holeaf.uk with your order reference and a short note. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer where they apply. For B2B engagements, this policy is the contractual position alongside our Terms & Conditions.
